I'm 36 and I swear by spinning and advanced hot yoga! My body fat is low and it keeps me toned. Getting used to the spinningis the hard part. It kicks your ass! As I get older and if I have to selcet between a gaunt face like Demi Moore and a skinny fit body, or a healthy face and a little curves? I'll go for the curves anyday.

Also, since i got older (35) i have the feeling my nose gots "edgier" which will eventually result in a nose suergery to exactly avoid that gaunt face look :-) But generally i prefer edgy faces. :-). So Demi Moore looks pretty awesome for my taste :-)

Every provider should start her day with a minimum of one hour of "hard" cardio before anything else. That means sweating. I work with various providers and nothing beats hard cardio for building total stamina and weight control. On top of that, a good ab program and weights a few times a week if you dont want to look out of shape in your 30s and 40s and beyond.

Liposuction and Botox never hurt either lol. I'm just sayin.

I've been doing the Insanity videos since April 2010 and love them.. I'll admit that I almost passed out the first day doing the Fit Test but I stayed with it and now I can do them with few breaks.

Now doing the Insanity Asylum videos in addition to Insanity, Asylum is much tougher but also helps a lot..

I'd recommend this program to anyone serious about being in shape, just be careful in the beginning until your body gets used to it..
working out is great... I go every day! 24 here i come!

And a sensible diet is essential for results...IT'S HALF the battle.

The AB Ripper from P90X is the BEST routine for your core and ABs I've ever seen.

The Asylum program is really good and most of the Asylum videos makes a lot of the Insanity workouts relatively easy.. Big difference is Asylum has some equipment needed for the workouts (agility ladder, weights, speed rope, etc.), that really kick your butt..

I looked at P90X but didn't want to get a lot of weights, but it does look like a really good program, too. I'm hoping there will be more volumes of Asylum coming out in the near future.
I think a new version of P90X is coming out in December...you can use bands instead of weights. P90X will bulk you up more than Insanity...Insanity rips you; man, I can't imagine Asylum more intense than Insanity but I've heard it is seriously hardcore.

Best moment of Insanity; Gettin' the T-Shirt!!!! I Earned It, Baby!
