I agree, the fake pictures are nothing compared to cash & dash or purposely providing terrible service so your client wants to leave ASAP & not spend the entire hour w/ you.

If she had ½ a brain she would use her own pic, choose a nice & catchy name, provide great service and build an awesome reputation for her self.
