The Good Part Of FOSTA

Most organizations that are against human trafficking are pro decriminalization. If you bring sex work out of the shadows, it will spotlight traffickers and protect all sex workers.

Your rates wont go up because of this unless you want them to.

This will cost nothing to anyone.

I hope all the sites take a shit because of this law IF it is passed.

I hope they further the law by banning words that offend people too.

Lets shut it all the fuck down.

We need a reset.

I thought you guys were paranoid. Eccie and similar sites certainly aren't involved in trafficking. Now I think you're right. The bill bans any web site that promotes prostitution. It has been approved by the House and the Senate. It awaits President Trump's signature and probably challenges in the courts. Maybe preferred411 will stay around since it's based in Canada? Here's the relevant text:

“(a) In General.—Whoever, using a facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce or in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, owns, manages, or operates an interactive computer service (as such term is defined in defined in section 230(f) the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230(f))), or conspires or attempts to do so, with the intent to promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both.

“(b) Aggravated Violation.—Whoever, using a facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce or in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, owns, manages, or operates an interactive computer service (as such term is defined in defined in section 230(f) the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230(f))), or conspires or attempts to do so, with the intent to promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person and—

“(1) promotes or facilitates the prostitution of 5 or more persons; or

“(2) acts in reckless disregard of the fact that such conduct contributed to sex trafficking, in violation of 1591(a),

shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 25 years, or both.
Gonna drop for sure. Just hit the strip clubs. Most strippers provide anyway.
Grandfathered tricks are gonna get bored of the same worn out pussy and look else where.

Hmmmm.... What you say goes against most everything I know directly or from people who spend a lot more time at strip clubs than I do
--"Most" provide is probably overstated
--Those who do typically charge a good bit more than a quality escort for poorer service
--Their enthusiasm is usually less than spectacular when they do.
Looks like you described alot of whores in here also. Alot have no recommendations, meh or ymmv.

Probably the only good thing is providers and clients will treat each other with more respect because of fewer options. Not sure where ladies think they are going to advertise online the premium services are going away too. Figure the high end providers will become more expensive and many low & mid level people will be on the streets out of desperate need for money to pay bills.
I think this is going to blindside a lot of people. Many of the younger ones will have no idea how to navigate the more dangerous world of the streets and dive bars. People are going to be hurt and killed because of this law. Originally Posted by Snurfma

I think alot of women will quit once it passes, alot of girls aren't going to go the verification route and all that, BP was completely anonymous for many girls who want to be hidden. Of anything rates will go up and alot of men will drop out due to not paying the costs. Of course richer guys will probably stick around but for most guys they don't want to pay 300 a hour or for even 30 minutes. Remember it's just temporary pleasure, it's not a wife or girlfriend. I see the business weeding out slot of people just looking for a quick buck.

It's good for those hardcore John's and great for those escorts who want to do this long term but the BP girl will probably disappear and the 60 dollar John for 15 minutes will leave.

Once BP goes replacing the anonymity of the game is gonna be hard to replicate.

Alot of younger girls are just gonna get to class and find another way to make money, I'm all for it.

I think the business will get better overall, the girls will have to work harder to keep faithful clients and the cheapskates will go.

I'm figuring rates will jump to 200 for 30 and somewhere around 4 for the hoir. With the hassle of trying to stay safe and not get caught up no way prices won't get put on the John.

If ad prices go up or cease being free on certain websites rates are going to increase, so better start saving now.
