Nothing he said about Clinton intimated that he didn't think she could govern. Never did he question her leadership abilities. He's a republican and so his views about her were right on target. But ALAS!!!! His views on Trump were dead on as well. He's an embarrassment, a disgrace and pariah and is not fit to lead.
