Where are all the Minnesotans?!

Time to do some promoting for this site as i dislike TER and would rather do my lurking here and feel comfortable to interact rather than make my real opinion fit TER standards and there new rating system is stupid. You can't give a good provider a 10 if she does not do certain things. the highest she can get is a 7. Some providers are actually quality providers and deserve a 11 without doing these things.
