I totally get everybody's frustration here...Everybody is nervous so everybody is being extra cautious. Nonetheless, I echo the frustrations of the other guys on here about basic communication...I understand life happens, or you don't feel comfortable with the situation, but have the decency to just communicate with me and let me know...Generally the more you communicate the better.

Well I was able to see Jane today and she was able to work out some of my frustrations. Thanks for the advice on the meet and greet and will defiantly give that at try. I'm hoping to set up some time with either Olivia, Lexi, or Madi here in the next few weeks. Wish me Luck!

I'm still having a hard time wiping the silly grin from my face, whenever I think of the wonderful time with Madi... people at work are giving me funny looks...
