Anybody want to make a substantial and enforceable bet on either 1) the outcome of the election; or 2) the outcome of a particular poll on the first polling period where all respondents were polled from 10/11 afterward. Min. bet $2,500, max $10,000 (will consider higher). Must have agreed third party hold funds during pendency of bet. I offered similar bets in 2008 and 2012 and never got anyone to put their money where their mouth was, but hope springs eternal.
