yup and lucky for me, my a/c just went out. 0 for 2 with a/c companies. they basically said, ok so here's our price list for a new unit. gee thanks a bunch..

I just spent a glorious few days in the Smoky Mountains (highly recommend) & dreading getting back, but at least I’ll be home for the 4th ��
