I'm sure the lovely and sweet statements you have posted will endear you to the type of gentlemen that do not NS/NC; and if something comes up will try to immediately (not defined as the next day) let you know. Been there, done the NC with you till next day after setting something up.

Get your act together, then worry about others and their acts. Not vice versa R Originally Posted by romab

Interesting discussion. Providers should act like the professionals they are. That means if they miss an appointment they should contact their customer as soon as they know they are going to be unavailable. That seems simple but many of the customers require discretion due to marital or other concerns. Will a provider call at the wrong time be worse than a no show? Does the provider always know the customers personal situation? Not so simple now. However, in any business the failure to meet a customers expectation will occur. Recovery is the key to keeping the customer happy.

As for customers always asking for discounts the provider should either accept it or blow them off. Most ladies I have looked at make it clear what thier attutude is on that.

As for hobbyists not showing for an appointment they should have the courtesy to call if possible before the appointment and if not as soon after as possible to apologize.

I both situations providers and hobbyists should post the rude individuals on here to warn others.
