For the record, a threAD is a thread or posting which is started to draw attention to the person posting in order highlight their existence on the site, services they provide, activities they are open to, and/or their availability all under the guise of a sexual undertone.

Is that not the purpose of any post? To draw attention to what is being said. This is an escort boards , we all flirt and have a sexual undertone. This is just me being myself. Anyone who knows me understands my teasing side. This should be a place to escape the reality of life. A safe place to explore and be open with our sexuality.
It should not matter what state you reside in. I have posted to threads in states I will never visit. Just because I thought the topic is of value I will post to it. As far as the issues I had , they are in the past. It was the actions of one person not the community. There is ignorance in every section of life. You learn to be the bigger person and walk away from them. I really do enjoy visiting Kc. I am attracted to the architecture of the buildings and unique atmosphere.
I do notice a differnce in the social network in Kansas City compared to Dallas. Here were not all of us ladies get along we at least give references. In Kansas City very few ladies do, at least this has been my experience. Anyway, this is my humble opinion on the subject at hand.

I chat with several of the local ladies be it on messenger or text and often wonder why they do not have a more public showing. Most common answer I get is that they're afraid they'll say something and be misunderstood or come across the wrong way and people will look negatively on them for it... and it could cause people, who would have otherwise seen them, to decide to not see them. Tied for second is that they're too busy to sit around chatting or that they're afraid I won't like what they say and will point them for it.

I do agree that that is indeed a risk of speaking in an open forum such as this. Some people feel they have to censor themselves in order to get by. But, I'm not a heavy-handed point-monger and I think people are smart enough to know that others are going to have differing opinions to them.

My feel is this... as long as you're not personally attacking someone, talking about kiddie porn, drugs, or outing someone's personal information... you can talk about anything you like and get as animated about the subject as possible. You guys are adults and I'll treat you as such until I have to send you to your room without dinner.

It is the ladies of this board who are the life of this board. Without them, there really wouldn't be a reason for us guys to be here. So, I'm doing my best to make it clear that you ladies don't have to be scared to speak your minds (granted that nothing has stopped SillyGirl or Jackie in the past). In fact, if you have been pointed for things you feel were B.S. in the past 6 months and you'd like me to review it, I'm quite happy to do so.
