looks like involuntary manslaughter based on what she said. Originally Posted by dilbert firestorm

His first trial was a fucking mistrial!!!! Then the state dropped the charges. He plead guilty to some federal shit and got 20 fucking years. They had a mother fucking video! Yes this white bitch has a damn good chance of a minimal if any conviction. Don't act like that would be shocking. That's the fucking norm. I bet the other cop didn't get shit. Maybe lost his job

90% of cops are completely irrational and insane people. I have no doubts she willfully committed murder.

I disagree grean that its a forgone conclusion. Far from the truth in this country. White cop kills black man and gets off with little or no punishments. Hummm where have I heard that before? Originally Posted by themystic

I'd love to hear a reason it might have been justified. They did attempt to mention that an illicit substance was found at his apartment in an attempt to dirty his character and got lit up by the public response.

They really have nothing to save her. I'm going to be shocked if she's not found guilty. DPD, to save any progress in community relationships, needs her to be guilty.

Criminal Homicide is codified under Chapter 19 of the Texas Penal Code. Texas state law says criminal homicide is classified as either murder, capital murder, manslaughter, or criminally negligent homicide.

here's a link to Texas title 5 chapter 19
https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/D.../htm/PE.19.htm

https://saputo.law/criminal-law/texa...crimes/murder/

from the looks of it she might be charged with manslaughter (2 to 20 years) or criminally negligent homicide (180 days to 2 years).
