It's not outting to connect 2 illegal handles to a prior known handle. he created those 2 accounts before guesting, so it's a multishandle matter, not an outting matter. i'm comfortable with my interpretation of the rules. that's one of the things i've been paid to do. WU has never been paid by anyone to interpret rules.
