Hell anyone with any semblance of common sense knows the border was under control with Trump’s policies, which Biden blew up on day one.

We are all for fair immigration and legal asylum to the US, as is MOST conservatives to my understanding.
Immigration needs a serious over-haul to be Fixed under any administration, policies etc.,- be damned.
There are legal flaws in those terms and they need to shored up to be able to legally deport those who break the immigration laws.
Interpretation of those laws shouldn't be ambiguous in any way,
as it seems to be today, with one court ruling in favor or against the current end-state. Jurisdiction seems to be muddling in with state rights vs. federal rules and laws. That could be a fairly easy fix; or with the current congress, an impossible one. Feckless all of them.
Isn't that agreeable?
