But it will take time for her to hold hearings again, and the Impeachment process is of the House - not the Senate.

a Confirmation Senate vote will come long before any Senate impeachment trial - which McConnell would schedule - not Pelosi.



I don't see how a threatened impeachment of the POTUS affects the nomination of a SC justice on a Constitutional Basis
of course, nazi pelosi and ilk have no regard for the Constitution of our Country.



And - as Schumer promised - regardless of who wins Nov 3 - nothing will be off the table anyway - and Schumer's threats are empty - as he does not have the Votes to prevent a confirmation in the Senate ( at this time)..

if she tries that then Mitch will crack his majority whip in the Senate and dismiss it outright and i don't think even Mitt and Collins and Murkowski would go against him. at least two of them are indicating they would vote for a justice prior to the election because they know it is the right of the sitting president to do so and they are well aware that the Democrats began this type of stall tactic long before we got here in 2020. and not that i think Biden will win but if he does the Republicans know they have a shot to place a justice on the court now before the election and should not pass it up.
