i re-read the letter. apparently, the writer knew the invasion was coming as it was posted 1 month before Russia invaded Ukraine.
you have to wonder if the Soviet Union and Warsaw pact nations would have been able to beat Nato.

you see it in 3rd world countries where their people aren't taken care of. the earmarked for the people end up in someone's corrupt pocket.
