What the hell?This is almost the identical thread started just while back and then rehashed a couple times since.
Obviously there are those people who see a hot topic and just can't stand letting it die.Personally I don't think it's anyones business how the providers spend the money they do or don't have.just like it's no one elses business how I spend my money and whether it makes me short for the month or even breaks me.
Posting these threads isn't going to miraculously change things to the way the OP wants them so why post it other than to stir the pot and give the chickens something to cluck about.
One of the reasons I skip over more and more threads in the coed section.Too much bs and drama.

As it has been said before many times but, providers won't listen to hobbyist advice or swallow their pride to pay their bills.

Since the ecomony is so tough on EVERYONE, why are providers Raising their rates instead of lowering their rates? are they trying to get LESS clients than they already have?

Many employers are cutting back on hours and overtime, which gives the client less to play with. and some clients are also struggling due to loss of employment or changing jobs. And Raises are out of the question, with raise freezes and cut backs.

Since the provider knows this, she raises her rates? goes UTR? ONLY see's regulars? Give Specials that are NOT really specials or are not lower than what her regular rate was last year? ok, so if they only had 1 client a week before, how many do they have NOW since they ran this so called special?

IMHO, if ladies would swallow their pride to pay their bills, since their struggling so bad to make ends meet. By this i mean: if their hourly rate was $$.5 or $$ (try to run a special for $.5 or $) to get more clients, thus making MORE in the long run.

But i know, ya'll have heard this story till your blue in the face and if you look at all the ad's, you can't find 1 special for $/hr. or $$/2-hr. which would make alot of hobbyists take notice and you would be able to pay your bills again.

I don't understand how, giving your client an extra hour is going to hurt you if you only got 1-3 clients a WEEK? Most clients are only going to talk or grope during that time anyways.

Yes, it means you would have to work harder but it's better than waiting for that call to come in at $$.5/hr. Maybe this is how we can have a success story and find a road out of the woods.

CG, I support you... solid business tactics. Unfortunately, most people do not understand how to run a business. Or they do not think of this like a business.
I will be happy to give advice to any provider that would like feedback on how to run a successful business.


I believe that many that hobby, think that when it takes a while for a provider to get back to them, it is because they are busy "providing". I think it is safe to assume that many of these lovely ladies, have a life outside of this and juggle many balls (giggle) at the same time.

Guys are simple, we pretty much like the same things. It's just a matter of whether a lady is selling what we want to buy. If that's not the case and a lady does not have enough business, it's time to find a new line of work.

I am a strategy consultant and I make my living giving businesses advice and this problem is simple, what many ladies are offering as a supply, there is not enough demand for considering the competition - that's simple economics 101.

Yes, but many of us are wealthy enough and good looking enough to not just settle on the criteria you stated above. Looks matter and I can't speak for all guys but if I am not attracted to you, a sandwich won't help - I can get that at Subway for $5 on the way home from the gym.

I like what Copierguy0 posted about slow economic times, which we are all experiencing, sad to say.

If a provider's phone is not ringing off the wall, why not change the rate structure? Offer 60 minutes at the old 30 minute rate, and offer 90 minutes at the old 60 minute rate.

For us old guys that extra time would give us the opportunity to fire off two shots in a longer session, without making a severe dent in the 401-K account.

And it might bring some guys off the sidelines who can't afford the hourly rate but are worried they can't get a nut in only 30 minutes.

Unless a girl is booking back to back to back appointments, this approach would probably not screw up her scheduling.

Just a random thought that I had to help providers get a little more income; I'll check the provider ads to see if it has any possible merit.

This thread seems to go on and on. If you are in this business you need business. The key to any successful business is repeat customers. Treat the guys right and they will return. Treat them badly and you will never see them again. There are just too many ladies out there willing to provide a great experience that will cause the lesser ladies to lose out. Look at the ladies that consistently get great reviews every time. They are doing something right. Whether it is offering specials or just providing that esperience that makes me want to see them again and again and again. We are all creatures of habit. Treat me good and I will be back.
