Sounds like Mr. JohnDoe has some mis-directed anger issues that need resolution. Anyone that Hobbies assumes the risk (all of them), including leaving clues, being seen by a friend of the wife, contracting an STD or crabs, having his car hit or broken into in front of the Provider's place of business, failing to use a hobby phone, etc...

Unless the Provider is crazy, indiscrete or keeps voluminous records about her clients it's up to the Hobbyist to be careful.
