In my book, if you are under 30 and hunky - I will probably ask you to do my lawn or be my cabana boy. The fact that I don't have a pool is meaningless. I just enjoy the view. But, if you do have a mower, that IS a plus.

Personally, I prefer men 45 and up - 50 and over is much preferred. There is an Austin Co-ed thread about this very topic. If I had time I would link to it but I don't.

I am well aware of the age discrimination on eccie and in our society, at large, and my feelings on that are pfffffffft. When I was young and dumb and supposedly very 'fuckable', I had NO CLUE regarding seduction or sensuality. I just knew how the mechanics (but did give a pretty good bj - haha).

Now? I am just reaching my stride and love the art of sex and making love. I adore the seduction, the yearning, the build up and mutual release - because I now understand what a man needs and wants and how to ask for what I need and desire.
