I prefer to look "natural". Meaning I do put makeup on. But I don't go overboard with it. The most you'll see me at first glance, is my lipstick. As I like to wear Burgundy or red sometimes. But once I have seen someone on a "regular" basis and sometimes guys you call at last moment. So you might get the all natural look if there is no notice when scheduling a visit with us.

The lady should wear whatever she thinks makes her look her best so that she is happy and comfortable with her appearance when she sees me.

The same thing applies to what she wears.
