I'm available late nights
I have a low tolerance and and can't take much of anything
but this has helped me rest well w/out any next day side effects.

Rescue Remedy (all natural ingredients)

They sell it on Amazon. I've also purchased it from Whole Foods Market.
I put a few drops under my tongue and lay down and relax and i'm out. I see now that it comes in a spray.
It is the best thing thats ever worked 'for me' and gave me a good nights rest w/out me feeling groggy the next day.
If you put a few drops under your tongue and lay down and rub one out that'll be the icing on the cake.
All i can say is sleep well!

Always heard restful sleep could be induced by lulling ocean sounds.

So bought a CD, sounded like the sea, made me want to pee.

Back to booze, snoring chihuahuas, and TV reruns, although I'm considering Yoga to "align the chakas," relieve mental stress, quiet the mind, balance the body. Hear it does wonders for flexibility, too, a welcome side effect for providing.

I work out, but not vigorously. Probably my problem, but there's only so many minutes in a day.

I resemble that remark. Actually, I think we get stuck in moron mode, by leaving the valve set to "Little Head" too much. Occasionally, we can get out an intelligent thought if we switch the valve over to "Big Head" - the problem being, it has been set to "Little Head" for so long, and for so much of the time, it takes a great deal of effort to keep it in the "Big Head" setting.

The clues are really in the title.

Given the situation we've all placed ourselves in, I find it hard to imagine there isn't quite a number of us who aren't up late (for whatever reason).

So when the sun goes down, the candles die out, or the neon sign starts to intrude, there is this thread.

If you're curious, I'm not a provider (unless the providers here suddenly need something, just saying, I'm available), I do, however, suffer from a certain amount of insomnia. So I'm up most nights. So that's me, who else is up? Originally Posted by Gbusey
