How did this happen?

If you can still read this, you can actually list your occupation as "Entertainer" or "Escort", neither of which is illegal. I knew a girl who did that (Escort) on her tax form.

Interesting and true, both occupations are legal ... some would want to leave it on record, some wont ...

Now, i don't think you can list your occupation on your Tax Return as "several times banned" TROLL ... IJS

If a lady runs a business under an LLC that claims less than 60k of income then there is no need to declare yourself as an escort, stripper, whoreboard troll or otherwise. Just file the income under your LLC and be done with. Problem solved.
I could be wrong here so i wanted to put it out in the open just in case, but this is what I have been advised:

Get yourself an LLC for $700 on legalzoom.com.
Claim only what u deposit into your bank account for bills and make sure to keep it under $60K/yr (or $5k/mo in monthly expenses). I try to keep it as simple and trasparent as possible. If you have to start another LLC to account for more funds then make sure you keep your LLCs earning under $60k/yr. Originally Posted by thathottnurse

$700 to file for an LLC?! SMDH!
I used the state site as well but encountered documentation errors when loading that never were resolved. I ended up spending $1000 bc eventually went to legalzoom anyway after getting the runaround on the phone and in person. Not sure of the state site has fixed those issues now or not but thats why I suggested legalzoom.
Yikes! I literally went yesterday and looked. I didn't have any issues, but I would suggest researching things yourself before paying extra money on Legalzoom.
This was early last year. I got so fed up with the runaround that I felt legalzoom was a better option at that time. If all is well with the state site now then I would definitely go your route.
