You just have to know that it does. Key word is it "works."

I'm just trying to figure how his mind works - or doesn't.

Ignore Eccieuser at your peril. Given the demographics of our country and the preferences of certain groups like Millenials, socialism in the USA is a strong possibility. Logic and reason don't matter. They didn't to the Argentines when they elected the Kirchners or Venezuelans when they elected Chavez. Or Americans when they elected Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

I am curious whether he's really a fan of Marxism and Communism or whether he's pulling our chain.

But thanks for confirming ex-CEO and eccielover were right!

Now go self-destruct for your mentor Zizek.
Hey, eccieuser9500! Here's someone who explains, in very simple terms even the most boneheaded progressive can surely grasp, that "You may not like capitalism, and you may not be good at capitalism, but capitalism is good for you!"

So here's a challenge for you, eccieuser9500. Try to make a coherent argument, or at least post a link to an explanation that even the dimmest conservative could understand, showing how socialism "works." (Other than for the authoritarian in charge and his closest cronies and military chiefs, that is.)

Look at the classic recent example of how "Socialism Works" - Venezuela.
Sure works for Maduro and his cronies - who bankrupted the most prosperous country in South America!!!!
Bugs Bunny is not a cogent, constructive argument!

The challenge sounds like I'd be describing how Caplitalism works too. Only the opulent few, and their, as you write, "closest cronies and military chiefs" (of staff), benefit in scale and reality when Capitalism works.

I'd like to ask Dr. Peterson what he meant by "the wealth of the poor."

Buuut . . . hey! He knows a thing or 5 about bankruptcies. Right?

And now it's reduced to memes. I like the last one of the hat trick of Empirical thinkers. I would retort that it's the capitalist who just moves (or hides) their bills.
