Every day I go to work down town ... and return ... I see them.

The past few weeks we've had some solid rains, and that has helped dilute and move the urine and feces down the streets and into the bayou ... as well as rinse off the concrete beneath their tent "city" beneath the freeways on the other side of the bayou. In every state there is usually one industry which is all-important to the state GDP. The oil and gas industry in Texas. The financial services industry in NY. Take those industries away from those states and they too would be worse off.
