There was a guy in Dallas 10 years ago that robbed over 30 providers at knife point. The first time he was prosecuted, he got time served. Two people doing something illegal, prostitution and robbery. Second time he was prosecuted by the DA, not so lucky. Guy got 40 years. One of the ladies that testified in both cases was a friend. He deserved all 40 years for what he did to the girls.
