I agree with you 100% on your last 2 paragraphs. There will always be nit picking as there has been vs. Obama since I've been on this forum. Trump is different. Sometimes being different is good and sometimes it is bad. All I have said is that he has laid out a very bold agenda for his first 100 days in office and for his first term in office. I thought the so-called nuclear option allowed the Senate Majority Leader to avoid filibusters on judicial nominations other than for the Supreme Court. That means nominations can be approved with 51 votes, instead of requiring 60. As long as Obama was POTUS and making the nominations, the nuclear option only helped the Dems (and only when they were in the Senate majority). Once Trump starts nominating federal judges, it can help the GOP as majority party.
