I like pappadeaux that is some good stuff, get the blackend catfish opaluses and a swamp thing. In not that into ragin Cajun they seem to just throw the same spice and to much of it on everything.

Yes! I know about that place! Heard all wonderful things, might have to try it out.

All this talk about Cajuns foods is making me hungry! yummy!
