If counting a bunch of 20's is too great a challenge, then try planning ahead and line up some larger bills for the base "gift" and carry some smaller one's handy for some "juice."
Someone needs to check with the Texas Coordinating Board to make sure they have money counting classes worked into the schedules from the middle school on....if nothing else so Mary or Johnny can get a "server's" job down at the greasy spoon and keep it.
