sometimes it's legit...sometimes (just sometimes) people "move on" with their lives....UNFOrtunately it doesn't always work out the way it was planned too....so the person (provider) goes back to the life they had previous to the failed plans....Yes, true.. but what we are talking about is an outright marketing ploy. I have retired numerous times over the past 10 years off and on. I never announced a "special rate" or anything of that nature, and once I made that announcement I did not see anyone period. It is one thing if your retiring because of some "life circumstance", and you announce it. (you might not honestly think you are coming back) and another thing, to advertise in your retirement thread "a special rate" before you leave on such and such date.
