Scarborough Fare (Off Topic)

you mentioned that House of Dra would not be there. is this the Lady Dra that makes all kinds of clothing?? i met her years ago at TxRenFest and have several fabulous shirts from her. Originally Posted by pmdelites

Lady Dra will occasionally do first-rate custom embroidery on a shirt (examples: shamrocks, the St. Andrews flag, or a dragon) which adds another $50-$75 to a shirt she already sells for $89. I've been tempted but haven't bitten yet.

also, is the mirror lady there? she takes small, medium, large prints, puts a mirror on its backside and then makes a copper frame to hold the mirror, print, and glass?? i have several from her in my home. both she and Lady Dra were some of the finest folks i met when i used to go to Tx Ren Fest and Scarborough years ago. "Twig" has probably been photographed more times than most famous models. I got a season pass this year, missed last weekend and now it looks like I may miss the next two. Maybe next Sunday I can make it. Originally Posted by Iaintliein

Last time I went (like 5 years ago) it was a blast, so much to see and a smile on everyone's face! Rejoice for events that bigger the boob, the louder the woot!!

If she agrees to wear a chainmail bra, buy it, my friend -- no matter what it costs.

Steak on a stake was very good, although I double fisted the turkey legs as well. Mead was fantastic. Thanks you know who for being such a gracious host.

And as a side note, I hope the two big injuries of the day are ok. Had a young lady fall at the Joust arena and they had a head on collision that delayed the opening (right in front of the gates, could not get in to park).

Be safe driving out there.

Hello, M'Lords & M'Ladies! I went last weekend and had a wonderful time. Now I want to build an outfit or two! So, if you have recommendations for online sources for period garb, please PM me!

Also, for the ladies that also enjoy it, I would love a session with a wench!

As for your request regarding female companionship, on ECCIE there are lots of ... hold on ... never mind ... I thought you said WITCHES, not WENCHES.

Hello. I'm bumping this thread from about a year ago because:

1. It's full of good information about the Scarborough Renaissance Festival; and
2. because

SCARBIE OPENS SATURDAY, APRIL 7, 2012!!!

Here's a link to 2012 ticket information:

Always a good time. Are they still offering discount tickets this year? I believe it was either at Kroger or Tom Thumb last year. Originally Posted by Boltfan

uh huh.... great..... are the escorts easy to spot there?
if they are, is the only private place for sex at the port-a-potties?
or do I just lift up their skirt and park it while they are bobbing for apples?
Will there be Fifty year old wenches running around saying they are only "27"?

Hey, this fantasy is getting pretty good...maybe if I get descriptive enough, this thread will have some relevance to the subject of this forum..
