Without getting to into the weeds, children at birth have constitutional rights such as due process etc. other rights, things like free speech and to bear arms aren’t absolute for children or adults and can be regulated or limited by law at both the federal and state levels.

In any case, my point is that with the precedent set where an enumerated right is suspended for an adult for several years, other rights could be in serious jeopardy under the right circumstances. In cold war era Eastern Europe, many countries maintained a registry of typriters with samples from each machine. They had already taken away all the guns. Next was free speech. Any of that sound current for the USA?
