I'm 36 and I swear by spinning and advanced hot yoga! My body fat is low and it keeps me toned. Getting used to the spinningis the hard part. It kicks your ass! As I get older and if I have to selcet between a gaunt face like Demi Moore and a skinny fit body, or a healthy face and a little curves? I'll go for the curves anyday. I've been doing the Insanity videos since April 2010 and love them.. I'll admit that I almost passed out the first day doing the Fit Test but I stayed with it and now I can do them with few breaks.LOVE Insanity...was thinking about Asylum, too...did P90X and I alternate between that and Insanity...if u want serious cardio, Insanity is the way...keeps me in shape for the younger ladies!
Now doing the Insanity Asylum videos in addition to Insanity, Asylum is much tougher but also helps a lot..
I'd recommend this program to anyone serious about being in shape, just be careful in the beginning until your body gets used to it.. Originally Posted by Irish Cream
