If she's told you her RL name, is it okay to use it?

I agree with an earlier post; I prefer to know her real first name, but would only use it when I see her. And I tell her my first name as well. I sure as hell don't want her calling me DatyO. Papi, maybe. Even if Jaime isn't real, it beats me saying "Hey Nurse".
Sometimes the real name is more of a Provider handle name than the Provider handle name. Hope that makes sense...

If a lady tells me her real name, then I use it when i see her. I don't think she would tell me her name if she did not want me to use it.
I had a provider once tell me her real name and told me if I ever told anyone what it was she'd cut my balls off. She was staying at a hotel and thought I might need her name for some reason.

I thought it was funny since I'm pretty sure she wasn't serious. I think. I opted not to find out.
