Here is some information from Dallas City Hall about the New Dallas Vice Unit and some of their targets. I had a feeling that law enforcement was gearing up to act.

They will be targeting Street Level Prostitution, Escort Services, High Complaint Areas, Human Trafficking Joint Operations with Federal and State Agencies, Gambling, Conducting Undercover Operations.
