As a musician I do enjoy music in a session but I'm picky as to what I like, one of my best music sessions was with an Austin local lick that had put together a mix of classic rock and one of the songs was Iron Butterfly's In A Gadda Da Vida priceless!

I think if more hobbyist took the time to let the provider know what they want in there session it would be a more successful session, that being said more providers need to listen to thoes requests!

I'm a member of the no music camp. The odds up of you picking something that I like, and something that fits my mood on that particular day are not real high. Plus, I listen very closely to music and get distracted from the task at hand or from listening to the music as closely as I'd like. I tend to be a one thing at a time person.
Enigma has some pretty ggod stuff for BCD activities.
I also have a CD of thunderstorm and rain sounds....
There's a little known album/cd out there...called "Wake of the Flood" -- Grateful Dead I always considered it great 'f%$ckin' music. That's a verb, not and adjective.
Just my 2 cents

Yeah, Barry White for sure.

Also second Marvin Gay

The really hot sound and I mean it really turns on all your other senses is to try ......................
Great topic....I LOVE music. On my Pandora playlist. I spent 20 years in New Orleans and lean towards Blues, Jazz and Rock. I simply can't "work" without music.

I am an older gentleman but enjoy music both to listen and I do play some. For me the best mood music I have find while enjoying an encounter with a provider is anything by Adele. To me one of the best singers of our time. I may be different but to me she can put the mood where it needs to be for enjoyment.

I listen to a wide variety of genres and have an extensive playlist I've put together but play my Pandora or Spotify as well. My taste depends on the type of session requested to set the mood and the choice of the client also.

To me, you can't go wrong with SADE!

My personal favorite is Depeche Mode ...

KASKADE is another for House Music!

I always choose either something upbeat, sensual, provocative or chill but I even have a playlist for my BDSM/Fetish sessions.

You WILL NOT hear any country music at my place, sorry not sorry!

Here are some I prefer:

  1. Adele
  2. Adult Alternative (Pandora)
  3. Above & Beyond
  4. Alice In Chains
  5. Bob Sinclair
  6. Calvin Harris
  7. Chevelle
  8. ANYTHING DAVE GAHAN!!!
  9. David Foster
  10. Disclosure
  11. DEPECHE MODE!!!
  12. George Acosta
  13. John Legend
  14. John Mayer
  15. Journey
  16. Keith Sweat
  17. Kenny G
  18. Lindsey Stirling
  19. LORDS OF ACID
  20. Maroon 5
  21. Mumford & Sons
  22. MUSE
  23. Nadia Ali
  24. STP (Stone Temple Pilots)

I never even hear it once the music starts. Hell, I'm trying to give these chicks my money's worth. The could be listening to David Allen Coe's racist ass, abd I wouldn't give a flying fuck.

C'mon TNT,

You know it's all about the Old School Hip Hop - we used to get bizzay to The Humpty Dance!

"All right stop what you're doin, cause I'm about to ruin, the image and the style that you're used to".

S
I think there are also some good hip hop pieces out there to make love to. Tela's "Table Dance" comes to mind.
