Incall Preference... Hotel or Private Residence?

I have been using a French Quarter or CBD hotel for incall appointments for my New Orleans clients and have been contemplating getting an apartment in the same general vicinity instead. Main drawbacks of hotel sometimes is the housekeeping roaming the floors and the initial "check-in" game with hotel staff.

I am more concerned about the provider I am seeing that the exact location.

Never worry if it an upscale hotel or a discreet private incall. I rarely see any escorts who
does not use either. It is a given that the incall must be clean or I will not repeat.

A synthesis of the opinions shared so far on this thread leads me to looking for a hobby only apartment that allows for discreet entry/exit, that is very clean and possibly has a balcony, deck or patio for some private entertaining. A lady's private local feels so much more comfortable than a hotel. Actually don't hobby that often, but all my meetings have been in the lady's private location....never in a hotel. (Excluding AMP visits; they are unique to themselves).

I have noticed when going to an apt. or condo that the lighting is great, good music, less noise. There also be less time in the lot waiting for a room #.

I am so happy to announce that the amazing apartment that I was dreaming about is now mine. It is centrally located in the Warehouse District, just a few blocks from the Convention Center and Harrah's Casino. I can barely wait to show it off. My upscale, hobby-only incall location will be open for business starting on New Year's Eve. Wanna grab a drink together on the rooftop deck and take in an amazing view of the fireworks together?
