I thought it might have already started happening, since Southwest Airlines reported their passenger counts have dropped dramatically in recent weeks.

Tinman, my understanding was that they discovered a big, untapped oil patch out there from Abilene onwards to the west. It has driven up the cost of living out there as well. Unless that is what you Re referring to, and it has been tapped and used up.
