You're the one who posted it up and provided me with the research. I read your bullshit links and called you out on it. When faced with the irrefutable truth of the matter: that your paranoid fear that local police departments will be federalized is utterly unfounded, you crawdaddy.

You're the one who mentioned the six agencies where this alleged federalization has already happened. Turns out six agencies have accepted grants associated with the program that your links relate to....so? When you mentioned the six agencies, what were you talking about?

It really doesn't matter to me either way. As long as it doesn't infringe upon our constitutional rights as American citizens. The individuals it will affect the most is the men and women in the Law Enforcement profession. That's why my original question was would that be a good thing or a bad thing. Federalization refers to guidelines set forth by the federal government. As it stands right now police depts. fall under each individual states control. It's hard to say at this point how federalization will affect police as a whole, but if in the event federalization adversely affects the way police conduct business that in turn may have an adverse affect on us as well.
