Before I even consider saying a a peep about a client I've seen, I verify that the provider is indeed legitimate. I check out her website: is it up to date with contact information, photos, content? Is it professionally done or just a blank escort template page? Does she have reviews or some other kind of web presence? Can I find her by googling her? If so, does the address or phone number pull up anything sketchy?

When I ask for a reference I always try to preface the communication with the aforementioned information; I find it helps make things a little easier on the provider who is doing me a solid by supplying the reference. That's what I do for every single reference, whether I'm asking for one or giving one. Any respectable provider will tell you the same thing.

I really cant think of anyone who didnt get back to me when I asked for a ref..

I have to agree with VL in that I rarely have a problem with anyone when trying to get a reference. There are a few that don't reply as timely as others but that is simply due to how much time they may have to check emails, PMs, etc. I am quite sure that pretty much everyone who has been in this industry for any amount of time will ALWAYS give a reference when requested to a fellow provider as we have to watch out for each other...and we do.

There are several ladies that I KNOW, as soon as a gent gives me her name, WILL reply to me as quickly and accurately as she can and it will be detailed and so very helpful! I do LOVE it when I hear their names, I must admit, especially when in a pinch for time!

In fact, I have answered more ref requests than appt requests, without being jealous. I get that variety-is-the-spice of-life, and there is enough lovin' for everyone.

A very heartfelt thanks to all of the ladies who are so great about providing references. I'm not always as prompt as I would like because I sometimes go days without logging in to Eccie or other boards, but shooting me a text or email is usually a pretty good way to get a quick response.

In the midst of discord and negativity, it's just nice to know that there are so many ladies who are consistently supportive of each other and the community.
