What Are The Top Five Things You Would Barter For?

I'd offer sex for ... no, wait, you prolly meant the other way, didn't you?

I have Cowboy season tickets, but unless Garrett gets things turned around, I probably couldn't give them away..
The first thing that I thought of is world peace. I guess that is KINDOF lofty, though. But I would screw an army for it if it could possibly happen.

I would like a netbook (doable) or a nice flat screen television for my incall to show porn on.
An inexpensive pickup truck (I'm easy. Multiple appointments are fine).
A new cage for my parrot (on my wish list).

A violin (also on the wish list).

Finally, I would love gift cards to different stores in the Dallas area or online, etc. They always work for me as long as they're reasonably practical. Easier to hide, too!

I'm sure this will stir up some unwanted PM's …

Ladies.. If you are wanting to barter.. Why not list some things You'd barter for that are realistic ???
There have been countless posts about Pre-Paid Sessions that have never worked out.. Do you not think listing big ticket items is pretty much the same ??

Guys... If you think bartering for big ticket items for multiple sessions will work... Do a little research and see how well Pre-Paid sessions have worked out in the past...

Barter away.. But Barter Smart.. Barter for goods and services within the reasonable range of the type session your looking for...

Just an Opinion

You know, when this came up in ISO, I was actually kidding about how fast there would be a "top five things to barter list".

DFWRaven is right on the mark, barters can get messy quick (not in a good way). The only thing I've thought about bartering was maybe a pre-determined shopping list of groceries, simply because a debit charge at the grocer attracts little if any attention. But even that would be complicated.

Barter may sound good, but the devils in the details (as always), just ask looiecypher.

It's one of those things that I can actually afford myself. But with most women and men, it's one of those things that keep being pushed to the backburner.

The only violin that I have on my wishlist is just about $220. It's not horridly expensive, but as a mom ... my money always seems to be spent doing other, and more important, things.

With that being said, once I get my violin, I'll play it for you! In high school, I was all state with the viola. Played the violin all through school. I love the viola as well. But finding music for the violin is more accessible since the viola has its own clef to play on (C-clef/alto clef).

And a violin would be easier to get back started with! Maybe I'll get it myself for my birthday or something!!!

Back on topic, though, I do understand the post above about getting things that were within the price range of a regular assignation. However, many of the items that we want are items that are a little bit out of range on a normal week or in our overall budget.

Bartering will often provide for many of us a treat (or a need) that we would probably not have otherwise.

Which is why it's on a wish list or a barter one!!!

Hugs,
Elisabeth
Oh i just love barter threads!!!

Things constantly on my list:

A good horse trailer
a better 3/4 ton truck
horse panels
computer (new !) and this is a current need

lol well my name does say I deal with horses and for those don't know me I am still active in the Horse Industry. I raise, breed and sell quarter horses. I don't train as much as I used to but that is a love of mine. So training equipement is still on my list.

There is much more that can be discussed along the road!

I had a friend with a hook up to games tix.

I knew he wasn't paying sticker for them, if at all... I always thought it was a "company perk".

He was making out on the deal big time and so was I.

An hour @ 300 which usually turned into 30-45 minutes, for 4 $120 tix close to the court.

We both made out on it. He was cool with that... since (guessing again) it didn't cost him anything out of pocket for his wife to notice. I got a steal of a deal for games that otherwise I wouldn't have paid my own cash to see.

The best barters for me are the ones that both are coming out ahead, and are usually paid for in 1 or 2 visits.
I love to barter.

1. Sporting event tickets
2. Washer & Dryer (mine gave out on me)
3. Living Room Funiture Set
4. 42' or bigger Plasma TV
5. Gym or tanning membership (use to have a client that worked for Plant Tan)

Ok, 3 days into it, and nobody's said it, so I will.

I do have a legitimate side business doing photography, and would be open to bartering for a photoshoot (including post processing of all usable photos - NOT FULL AIRBRUSHING of each photo - that's a soap box I'll avoid). I'll include a full commercial release, and the ability to order any prints that are commercially printable - at cost.

I've worked with a few girls here before - Alex before she retired http://www.eccie.net/eccie_showcase....preview&g=1438 (black & white and bikini shots).

PM me for a link to my website.
