Cowboys are basically having a fluke season

I guess that is why THIS year in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco when you looked in the stands you saw Cowboys apparel everywhere. Again the World's most valuable franchise in any sport.

sucks for them they're the most valuable and yet one the most shittiest as of late (excluding this anomaly year)
If Jerry Jones wouldn't get involved they would have been better. Jimmy Johnson built the 90's championship teams. Jerry is the worst GM in the NFL. Great businessman but, his ego gets in the way of good football decisions.

It seems with the Cowboys, people either love them or hate them.
TD Lions, this defense cannot get them to the Super Bowl

Spoke too soon on the Lions and gave them too much credit at the start.
why so much hate.......lol

Now the question is.....

Should the Cowboys rest Dak and play Romo in Philly?

^ Yep...no need to play him

What's the point when they're one and done?

I agree with that one an done having a bye will hurt them
It's not the GM that put this into motion. Will McClay (sp) did. The GM, Jerry Jones, wanted to draft Manziel and not the All Pro center. Originally Posted by pyramider

Dallas had hoped Ohio State LB, Ryan Shazier, would fall to them (which it appeared he was on his way to doing). The Steelers grabbed him at 15....the Cowboys chose next....and took Notre Dame All American OT, Zack Martin. He was converted to guard and has been 1st team All Pro since.

Manziel went at 22 (to Cleveland) and the rest is history (yeah, Jerry wanted Johnny Football but he wasn't gonna win that debate...Garrett, Stephen and McClay all made a case for Martin that JJ could not dispute.)

Footnote: had the Browns not bought into the JFF hype, they still could have had their QB of the future / present in that same draft. Teddy Bridgewater went 10 picks later to the Vikes....and Oakland took one at #36...Derek Carr.
Totally concur! Last year it took to the SB before the Panthers were stripped bare and exposed, but I suspect that with the CBs it will come much, much sooner! I equally despise Seattle and coach Petey but think they will dissect Dallas in Dallas if my Giants don't first beat them the third time! Originally Posted by Solemate62

Sidenote: as it stands, the Seahags will not only have to win their WC game (versus Detroit), it's looking like they'd still have a road game (to Atlanta) before even thinking about game-planning for a trip to Big D. Question is can the lame Seattle offense (22 ppg) keep up with the Falcons high scoring O (34 ppg)? Losing all-pro S Earl Thomas is gonna be their eventual downfall....
