Encounter: Tatted and not horrible

Not gonna go into too much detail but be careful around this one. I used to live near her in Bellevue. Police were constantly at her place. Was always screaming people were trying to kill her. It's sad (Staff edit) Also was hauled away quite a bit for threatening people and some assaults. My 80 year old neighbor was a nebshit and told me guys were in and out of her place alot (probably Johns) and those were the ones she would turn on and start screaming, scratching, kicking etc..... I'm other words JUST DONT!!

As for her age I believe she is 41 give or take a year or 2
