I'm going to come at this from a different angle. I know the acronym PSE has a definition that's used by by many sites, providers & hobbyists that includes services. But for me, PSE & GFE are more about the attitude of the provider, than services.

To me PSE means if I saw it in a porn and the girl advertises PSE, she better be willing to do what is in a porn film. For me that means a no limit menu. This is one reason I think the term PSE gets over used. It just sets up for misunderstanding. I think it is easier for provider to be more vague by using the term GFE. It is much harder to define GFE. PSE is pretty much an easy term to define b/c we have an objective example of what PSE is. So girls if you want to be put in the uncomfortable position of advertising PSE and then denying BBFS, then by all means be PSE.
