Aetna got their fair share of fortune 500 company accounts for their Group health insurance division. They did not make any money from doing business on the ACA government exchanges in 2014. They lost money in 2014 in the individual market, that is why they dropped the number of states (that they were selling policies in) for the individual market from 20 to now 7.
