As for this topic, no man has any business thinking he can understand the pschological factors in play when women end up in abusive situations. We all need to stfu when it comes to that and just listen.

I agree with all those that have spoken their minds on this. And I do have to say that I myself didn't runaway from my parents. So I can't say what I would have fallen into if I had. People like to think that everyone has enough to eat here, and a roof over their head and they are not beaten and raped and held hostage in a house to service men. But there is no Santa Claus and no Easter Bunny and it does happen. Why are you so hostile? My instinct would be to see if you had reason to be because it affected you. I think you should be banned as having a dangerous lack of compassion, if not worse. That is an abuser attitude.
