What I find baffling is that some people continue to scream about Clinton’s sexual behavior every day but pretend that Trump’s abusive behavior is non existent.Yes it's ironic. And as Old-T points out, this is a hooker board to boot.
Clinton got a blowjob. Trump walked in on naked beauty pageant contestants.

I get a little nostalgic thinking about Bill Clinton. Not his first term, when he fucked up some of the great things accomplished by Ronald Reagan. But his second term, when Republicans controlled Congress. Clinton and the Republicans balanced the budget, reformed the welfare system, cut the capital gains tax, and promoted free trade. The nation did well.
And, Bill Clinton, I feel your pain. The leader of the free world forced to solicit blow jobs from an overweight intern, because he's closeted in the office of the Presidency with a wife who probably wouldn't put out. We should view him with compassion, not condemnation. Originally Posted by Tiny

however the glaring lacuna in your post is the omission of clinton's attacks on women, which I don't see as worthy of compassionFair point. Why wouldn't you say the same about Trump?
these attacks, deservingly, keep him mired in disdain and subject to continued ridicule Originally Posted by nevergaveitathought

And in the Spring of 2000 the crash began, but he and Gore lied about it....while the BLS cooked the employment books for them in an effort to help Gore over the top in the Fall of 2000.
All the while the 911 attackers were strategizing and emplementing, while Bill was killing goats in the desert and destroying milk factories with missile lobs. Originally Posted by LexusLover

This board is supposedly anonymous. It would be ok if Bill were!
The Clintons are not relevant any more. They lost their final bid. Originally Posted by LexusLover

But you’d never know that to read this board every day. In fact, you might even think some people around here are still obsessed with the 80s power couple.

There's nothing hypocritical about declaiming a slimy politician who saw to it that his side piece was funded by taxpayer dollars and whose illicit rendezvous were held in the rooms of a taxpayer built and maintained building -- one of this country's most prestigious buildings. Any other Federal supervisor caught having sex with a subordinate hireling would have been summarily fired for violating Federal regulations about work place fraternization: not perpetually defended by a miscreant crowd of hypocritical Lefties. And that is why the quarters were directed toward you.
I think it is IB you need to send those quarters to. My whole point was the hypocrisy Originally Posted by Old-T

But as you often do you can't seem to separate things that are not the same.A person with 20/20 vision can easily see that what's missing in your post is any substantive repudiation of the fact that Slick Willie put this woman on the payroll at taxpayer expense to be his side-piece for an occasional romp in the Oval Office in White House -- also paid for by the American taxpayers.
As to the second part, you are truly clueless. The last 50 years are filled with Dems and Reps who did just that and nothing bad happened to them. Start with a fine Rep president in the '50s. A Dem one in the 60s. Run all the way through the "fine upstanding Texan, Gen Joe Ashey" who would have made Clinton look celibate. Cabinet Secretaries, Congressmen, and pleanty of other high level 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level supervisors.
There was one Congressman who people knew to NEVER try and schedule an early AM appointment with on certain days because he had a standing private meeting with a certain page. Another highest level SES whose "executive secretary" went on all his trips but had only one skill she was good at.
Oh, and several people of that ilk found their admin assistants from ads on THIS website (actually not quite true, it was ASPD) It was a favorite hiring site for a group of Good Ol' Boys from TX & LA for a few years. I actually had spent time with two ladies in TX, and later ran into them in DC after they "retired" from escorting and showed up with a job in a couple "someone important"'s personal entourages. On gov't salary, with lots of travel perqs. (Two different men, two different political views, but obviously similar beliefs about what they need from a pretty young admin.)
A different one who was one of my favorites stayed with me for a few days while she was house hunting in DC.
So, as is often the case, your vision is a bit less than 20/20. Originally Posted by Old-T
