Whatever happened to due process and innocent until proven guilty? While the media has simply reported that the gentlemen were arrested, placing names and faces on the web ruins lives. I really feel sorry for all involved. I mean really, all the poor guys wanted was to get laid... don't we all?

That's good. Most companies wouldn't be that understanding. I'd be interested if he still has the same position, though not necessarly fired, in six months. You're right, there's plenty of men that share common interests with this poor guy.
