I've heard elsewhere that yes, agencies do take a substantial cut of one of their ladies fees (any lady here who's formerly worked for an agency want to confirm/deny?). In that case, I definitely would tip an agency girl extra ....Not sure how honest they were, but I've seen quite a few agency girls on the coast (advertised as Indy & later found out agency) and several said the agency got 100 out of the 225 standard fee.
