A couple buckets of steam would clean up the engine nicely.

She could also get a 3200 stall for her M6 transmission.

Why do I feel like there are some jokes going on in here that are going wayyyyyyyy over my head

You guys wouldn't do that, would you?
Honestly.....^^^^^.......you need a wet and dry compression test.

^^^^^^ Hmmmmmmm, Google says you might be telling the truth ..... Although I have not read any of this so I have no idea if it even applies to my fabulous Ford.

i always tell the truth

i promise

(more tomorrow from a real keyboard)
actually the dyno idea is better/easier to do with no suspected issues.

but neither test will truly answer your question because you don't have your car-specific baseline.

Or did you dyno new?.....or say at 5k miles

(but doesn't that wet dry compression test sound sexy? I've the perfect piston/lube squirter to help you out)

It would definitely run better ifn she adjusts the manifold sprocket tensioner.

At least 50 hp increase..easy.

Maybe not 50, you're right. But a reworked engine rotator splint will reduce throttle spring emissions in case you are worried about that kind of stuff.

I love you, but I stopped listening at sprocket.

Didn't George Jetson work at a sprocket factory? Next time, at least choose parts that were produced on earth
