Does not matter. Mail-in votes are as legal as votes cast in person at the polls. There is no evidence that substantial fraud exists in mail-in balloting. I know that if I got my hands on someone's mail in ballot I would not fill it out and send it in. That is a felony and hardly worth one vote for my candidate.
