Lewisville sting operation

Someone on OH2 posted a summary of a news story that sounded like this was primarily directed at guys knowingly soliciting minors. I believe only a handful were charged with that specific act, but it was characterized by one of the authorities as an effort to curb that type of activity.

That might explain the connection with social media. Some of the charges were for the lesser charge of solicitation of a minor (10 years max sentence), and one was solicitation of prostitution of a minor (20 years max sentence). Money may not have been offered in some cases, but one guy did.

That one guy 120$ was that worth his whole life going down that HOLE?

And I'm not saying Paying more would of changed anything, but they are looking for the low hangging fruit!

LE knows how to play this. They don’t want to lose any potential busts by asking 3 bills for the hour and guys drop out because it’s too rich for their blood, but don’t want to be so ridiculously cheap that guys figure this is TGTBT. The Fire Chief probably agreed to 120 for the hhr and was on his way.
